The Custody evaluation Intensive
walk into your custody evaluation prepared, credible, and impossible to dismiss.
I get it. You just want to know your kids are okay when they're not with you.
The Custody Eval Intensive is how you make sure the right people understand that.
A 90 day, one on one program for moms facing a custody evaluation who are done leaving the most important moment of their case to chance.
If you're here…
A custody evaluation has been ordered. And you’re overwhelmed and stressed out.
You have a mountain of documentation and no idea what actually matters to the evaluator.
You know you're going to be painted as “controlling” or “too emotional,” and you're terrified of walking in and confirming that narrative.
But underneath all of it is the thing you can't stop thinking about…
You can't be there when your kids are at the other house. This evaluation might just be your one chance to make sure someone with authority understands what your children need.
I know you don't want to “take your kids away.”
You just want to know they're okay.
Here's what nobody tells you.
Your attorney is essential. But their job is the courtroom, not preparing you for what happens before you get there (and let’s not mention the cost).
Most moms walk in having prepared the wrong things (too much evidence the evaluator doesn't care about or not enough)…
And no idea how to advocate for their kids without being seen as controlling or “crazy”.
Preparation is not manipulation.
It’s showing up as the parent you already are in a way the evaluator can actually see. It’s being smart.
That is exactly what we work on together.
Introducing
the Custody Eval Intensive
A 90 day, one on one program where I personally prepare you for your custody evaluation.
Your case, your documentation, your concerns, your Kids.
This is not a course. This is not a group program. This is me working directly with you so that when you walk into that evaluation you are the most prepared, most credible, most child focused parent in the building.
And when it is over, you will know you did everything you could for your kids.
How it works
Phase 1: Intake and Orientation
We start by getting the full picture. I review your existing documentation, audit your intake forms and parenting plan proposals, screen your app messages for flags and patterns, and identify your strengths, gaps, and concerns. By the end of week two I know your case.
Phase 2- Tear apart & build
This is where the real work happens. We build your Custody Eval Prep Binder week by week — your communication log, incident documentation, parenting evidence, concern summary, and children's needs. Outgoing communication gets reviewed and refined in real time. We figure out exactly what to present and what to leave out.
Phase 3-Prepare and Perform
Your binder is complete. Now we prepare you to use it. Mock evaluation interviews, interview prep, and final document review. You walk out of month three with everything organized, polished, and ready to hand to your evaluator and your attorney.

When You’re Facing One of the Biggest Moments in the Case.
This is for you If….
You have a custody evaluation ordered or coming and you have no idea where to start
You feel like you have too much information and not enough clarity on what actually matters or what to really do.
You are terrified of being seen as ‘controlling’, ‘unstable’, ‘alienating’ by the other side (it’s not a new threat to you).
You worry something isn't right at the other house but you can't prove it.
You are done paying your attorney to answer questions someone else could handle.
You just want to know your kids are okay when they're not with you.
This is not for you If…
You are looking for someone to help you “take your kids away” from their other parent
You are not willing to do the work between sessions
You want a quick fix
You’re after revenge, justice, or just plain ‘winning.’
You want to reconcile with your ex.
You are actively in a an unsafe situation (please get help, call 911).
You don’t have the time to spend looking at evidence, talking about hard things, and preparing properly.
Meet dr. Royster
This is my life's work. Literally.
I am Dr. Karalynn Royster a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Colorado. I have spent my career specializing in high conflict divorce, working with moms in the Kids First Membership, talking about it on my podcast the Kids First Co-Parenting Podcast, and doing individual therapy with kids from two homes.
But this work is not just professional for me.
I was a child of a high conflict divorce. I know what it feels like to be caught in the middle. To love both of your parents but also know that they hate each other (even if no one says it out loud). To need someone to see what was really happening and not know how to say it.
That little girl…is why I do this work. Every mom I prepare, every child help moms work towards a more stable future for, is one less kid in throes of conflict (which leaves a lifelong path for some).
I built the Custody Eval Intensive because I kept watching moms walk into the most important moment of their custody case completely unprepared and totally overwhelmed. Not because they didn't care. Because nobody told them what they needed to know.
I am telling you now.
What clients say….
