Membership typically includes access to our full library of digital content—videos, courses, resources, and any new material we release while you're subscribed.
-
Definitely. You can keep both or or switch to individaul only.
-
Yay! That's great news. You should definitely keep working with your therapist. Therapy is very different from coaching, and will feel different. For example, coaching with me will teach you how to manage when you get a horrible text about your child sent to you. Therapy will help you know WHY it bothered you so much and get deep into the root of it. There is a very BIG difference here.
As far as coaching goes, another divorce coach that is working with you ONLY on parenting will be an overlap (and you probably don't need me!) but someone working with you on general divorce can be a great supplement to this program. This program is very focused on parenting specifically.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

This course is designed specifically for individuals who identify as women. It is not intended for fathers, as their experiences and needs in high-conflict divorce situations often differ. Our goal is to create a supportive and safe community for mothers.
If your children are older than elementary school, you are welcome to enroll; however, please note that the course content on prioritizing children’s well-being is primarily tailored to families with younger children.
And for Dads and parents of teens-there’s always intensive individual coaching packages.
